Chairman & Founder Mr. P. Ramana is the visionary behind SAMIDA. His deep association with the Gandhi Peace Centre (GPC) as a volunteer, combined with his understanding of Gandhian principles of Gram Swaraj, inspired the creation of SAMIDA. With over two decades of experience in rural development and poverty alleviation, he leads the organization with compassion and dedication to the welfare of marginalized communities.
Ms. Kavitha Reddy
Director of Women Empowerment Initiatives Ms. Kavitha Reddy is a strong advocate for gender equality and has been instrumental in developing SAMIDA’s women empowerment programs. With a background in social work and women’s rights advocacy, she has helped transform the lives of many women by promoting skill development, education, and financial independence.
Mr. Suresh Babu
Program Manager, Rural Livelihood Development With extensive experience in agricultural development and rural economics, Mr. Suresh Babu oversees SAMIDA’s livelihood and poverty alleviation programs. His focus on sustainable agriculture and community-based income-generating activities has helped numerous rural families achieve self-sufficiency.

Coordinator, Health and Sanitation Programs Ms. Jyothi Naidu is a healthcare professional with a passion for improving rural health outcomes.
